You know that moment you crawl into a hotel bed?
The sheets cool, crisp, and perfectly smooth.
There’s nothing quite like it.
You fall asleep faster. You stay asleep longer. You even wake up feeling lighter, calmer.
At home though, I could never recreate that feeling.
No matter what I tried. Deep-pocket sheets, “luxury” cotton, whatever thread-count… my bed never stayed smooth for more than a night.
By morning, the corners popped, the sheets bunched, and the fabric felt hot and rumpled.
Whatever “hotel magic” they had, I didn’t.
I thought it was the mattress. Maybe the pillows. Or the air-conditioning?
Turns out, it was something much simpler.
